More people and organizations are recognizing the advantages of mediation over other processes of dispute resolution such as arbitration and litigation. One of our principals, Jack Hazelwood,  has completed the mediation program with the Alberta Arbitration and Mediation Society and has over 50 mediations in the community at large and for the Provincial Civil Court System in Alberta. This mediation training and experience, when coupled with Business/Personal coaching, leads to a powerful approach to resolving conflict, empowering people, reducing stress and improving productivity.
